Stakeholder Engagement

Management of the NDGA is undertaking public engagements and an information dissemination campaign in Otjozondjupa Region, in line with its newly launched Strategic Plan: 2023 – 2025. The Head of the NDGA Ms Florette Nakusera and the Manager of Operations Mr Petrus Shifotoka are visiting the region from 19 – 23 June 2023. During the visit, the staff are engaging the public in towns such as Otjiwarongo, Otavi, Grootfontein, Okakarara and Okahandja where they are disseminating relevant information to the public regarding the mandate of the institution as well as the guarantee that has been put in place for depositors.

The regional engagements began with a courtesy visit at the office of the Honourable Governor, Monday 19 June 2023 where the staff had a meeting with the Chief Regional Officer. This was followed by engagements with the commercial bank branches across the region as well public engagements at selected sites where information materials are handed to the public.
